2-page personal site - flash - quality needed

I am looking for a personal 2-page website with nice flash - pictures from a birthday party.
The site will basically contain only pictures with cute quality flash animation and cute sounds.
- 1st page would be like an intro.
- 2nd page would be album and when you click on the picture it would of course enlarge, but it should be cute. Maybe like a cartoon comes to the picture, comments, and then stretch it..
I want everything with funny cartoons and funny music. I absolutely love this site - [login to view URL] - but of course I am not expecting that level of quality, but you get the idea.
I would like to have the intro flash sort of "here is the birthday party.. try to find that 'enter the site' button" and when you enter it just like on that site: "Starring.." and a person's name.
I just want something to remember. It's a personal site, so please don't go crazy with payment. I am a good tipper, so I would rather give a bonus if I like the end result. That's what I did on my last project.
