Looking for fast and professional design and web build team to create a coming soon splash page for a future project web site. The winner will also get the future bigger project. The site should be developed in a web friendly code with accessibility standards in mind. The use of rich flash. flex, or ajax coding is highly recommended to bring out the best in the site and the content it will be proposing Php or .Net can be used I have no preference, I just want stability in the site and confident in the sites ability to handle a larger number of visitors at once with out any issues. A sample guide for a splash page mock up has been created and is attached but I need you team to take this simple mock up, think out side of the box and add flavor, dynamic design, and rich content to capture the viewers for a long period of time while they take in the content of the whats to come on the future site. Site needs to be designed to give the user a feel of a private room where they can think about, see, and hear their beloved heroes. 1. Design the page to feel like a prayer room or a room of remembrance for fallen soldiers, airman, etc. but make it live and interactive for the user to get the contents by going to different parts of the room. Don't let the user just sit on the site and try to read everything, make them do something, so they can feel the sight is a part of them and their memories. 2. I have a collection of oil paintings that can be provided for the walls of site as needed. i need you all to add some painting on the wall of the room and enable the paintings to go from a before and after view by moving the mouse over the paintings. The framed painting will display an oil painting and the mouse over will display the original picture. 3. In the back of all of this great design there will be the ability for people to leave recorded message about the people they see on the wall.
