Pizza one page design

Hi, I need a designer to work with me as a designer: The successful designer will work with me as a freelancer. Upon new projects, the designer will be required to design a one page design. However, I have requested the same ealier and had a desinger for some time but he started to ask for more money unfortunately. I need one professional page design for a pizza shop. The page must be in valid xhtml with css styling and external javascript if any. Requirements: 1. The website must be valid xhtml when delivered 2. All buttons must have textual labels. Meaning that buttons could be images but text on buttons must be text for easy editing. 3. All images with text must be editable. Same as buttons, images with text must be labels/divs on images and not part of image. 4. Website must use DIVS and not tables for layout 5. Not a copy from any other websites 6. Therefore, I kindly ask to first show me what design you can do, and of course, it is professional and as required, I will buy it from you and will continue working with you.
