add new navigation to portfolio

Hello: We all ready have a flash portfolio with thumbnails at the bottom to scroll with and to click to see larger image. We need a new kind of navigation that will display the thumbnails clearer and make it easier to view. Also need it to be updated easily and quickly. Right now we can update by xml file.
