Customized blackjack game

I need a blackjack game that will run on my site. All I need is a standard blackjack program (a nice one like the online casino's have) with a couple modifications.
Experience with gaming software is a must. I would like to see a "base" demo before selecting a bidder. Understanding how gaming software, deposit/cashout, etc works is a must.
1) players will have the option to be the dealer. This will be for one-on-one play against each other.
2) players will be playing against themselves. This will not be a casino game against the house.
3) Players will be able to play for real money against themselves via neteller deposits.
4) As many applications that are needed will be able to run at one time. Meaning if there are 10 people that want to play, all one-on-one with each other, then we'd need to have 5 "tables" running at the same time.
Customizable graphics would be nice, but not mandatory.
There needs to be a full admin section where player info can be managed.
The neteller deposit function needs to be fully automated where there is no admin interaction.
