Dynamic Flash menu needed

I need to create a Flash menu that will have 4 options to choose from. What happens after you click on an option will be described below.
For starters I need a menu based on the sample attachments.
The screen will be divided into 4 vertical bars. There will be names and images of people on those bars. Each of the four vertical bars occupies 25% of the total width.
As your mouse rolls over each of the bars - that bar expands to 60% of the total width, while the others condense to 10%. As that happens - the contents of the thin bars might fade out, while the rolled-over bar gets a sinppet of a video faded in - replacing the image. That snippet of video will serve as a "preview" to what we'll see when we click there.
When we'll eventually click on that bar, the whole window will be replaced with a movie that will be loaded.
Later I'd like to add 2 buttons to every movie to enalbe you to go back to the menu or follow a link, and there will be an intro to the menu - but for now I just need the menu working.
Please take a look at the attachment. It includes an SWF file of HermanMiller. Look at it and at the end of that intro it shows a menu "Healing, Learning, Working, Living". If you hover over it you'll see how the section you're over expands - while the others shrink. I want something similar but with vertical bars. and I want mine to occupy the whole space.
The RGB values are important to stick to:
Background - Purple (102,0,153)
Left - Orange (255,102,0) will be titled "International"
Left-center - Red (255,0,51) will be titled "Small Business"
Right-center - Green (0,204,0) will be titled "Ground"
Right - Blue (0,153,204) will be titled "Retail"
The titles may change later on, and characters will be added too - but for now I'd just want the menu in working form. You can use the videos attached as place holders for the snippets of videos that show when the bars expand.
For the actual movies you can also use these videos (displayed at full screen, replacing the menu) or just use a blank space, call it "Video 1-4" or something like that with buttons to go back to the menu or follow a link.

I like the dynamics, the music, the feel - but in this example the side bars don't change width - they stay static till the mouse comes close to them. I want all my bars to be affects (they don't all have to shrink to exactly 10% - but can shrink from big to large). I also need a thicker border, only 4 bars, and none of my bars should disappear.
For the Falsh wizards among you - this will probably be easy. I'd appreciate some samples or a mockup of this if you can.
I'll need an FLA file at the end of this, and an SWF so I can play it.
I'd like to get this in phases:
phase 1 - working menu with stand-ins for videos as snippets and links to videos
phase 2 - replacing stand-ins with real movies I'll provide. Buttons of links will be added to the end of the four movies. Images (or movie) will be sent to be added as an Intro.
