Make Video Clip (Flash or some other technology)

Hello, I need help to make video clip based on song. I have a screenplay. Music is BackStreet Boys song "Lose It All" - here is the link on youtube [login to view URL] There is very good example of what I need here - [login to view URL] It's parody on other BackStreet Boys song, but the idea is the same - draw guys, make clip with the music, etc. The BSB guys should be "older" than in this parody clip, closer to how they look right now (you can simple google it). I need designer who can make me the video clip. It can be as Flash file or other technology, the final result should be mp4 or so (of course can convert from Flash). Also I need all sources of the clip. Please send your proposal with examples of your work, or make short example (see small part of the screenplay below), or prove in other way you are able to finish it. Also I need ETA from you and price with arguments for both. Free to ask any questions, would be glad to answer. Thanks! Here is the part of screenplay (I will share full when we start cooperate, it has strict breakdown by original lyric vs screenplay scenes): #1 Evening, sunset on the sea beach, there is an island on the horizon… (The sun is still high and there is day light). #2 Changes to be darker and then bright again (small effect to change a place). #3 The camera moves to the city. It flies between houses, through open windows into the flat, the wind blurs the curtains, a flame burns in the fireplace, AJ sits in front of the fireplace and looks at the girl's photo (as usual AJ in black glasses).
