Stickman animation in adobe flash - 50 seconds

I need simple stickman doing parkour animation. Basically, there is a "map", and multiple stickman go one after another, to get from start to finish.
It needs to be 50 seconds long + 10 seconds of simple text animation at start.
Should be at least 16 fps, but preferrably 24, and 1080p resolution.
Also, very important. I need this today, within 10 hours.
This shouldnt take anyone decently good at adobe flash more than 1-2 hours to finish.
