Hotbrain is looking to hire 2–3 talented salespeople (must be located in Canada or the US only) for a lucrative independent/commission sales opportunity within our digital marketing startup. Please note it is a commission only role, but for qualified and successful associates, six figure earnings are very achievable. It is not for everyone, but for those with great sales chops, a highly professional and upbeat attitude and the kind of care and concern we give to all our customers, it could be a wonderful and rewarding experience. In short you will be selling premium, domestic (Canada & US based) multi-channel digital marketing services and websites to SMBs. Lifetime commissions for one sale are between $2,000–$5,000+, with as much as $1,500 to $2,500 upfront. There is more information about the commission structure specifically below. Our digital marketing service product is designed to be scalable and "uniquely better" than current SMB alternatives for digital marketing support. We are appealing to established businesses with a budget and motivation to do things better, more intelligently. We focus on multi-channel/comprehensive digital marketing management, and also have our own proprietary reporting software platform. Previous outbound sales experience and success is absolutely required, and B2B sales experience is highly favoured. You will be required to call and email businesses, qualify them, nurture them and close them. Together we will identify suitable prospects and also work together to continually improve your tools and knowledge. As per our value of transparency, our commission structure is as follows: Digital Marketing Packages: - You get to keep 100% of the first month's billing. Our base package starts at $1,500/month. - For the rest of the contract, you also receive equivalent of another month's billing for every year the customer stays on. So, for example, on a $1,500/month plan, you would receive $125 per month for every month the customer remains on the plan. Websites: - Website sales receive a flat %15 commission. Our websites start at $3,000 and go up from there. Obviously you can see that by closing just 3–4 new customers per month you could earn six figures very quickly, and the recurring commissions create ongoing earnings growth, every month.
