Full time Romance writer needed for numerous projects

I need a FULL time writer who is experienced with Erotic Romance, Contemporary Romance, and Paranormal Romance writing. MUST speak and write in English, be dedicated to your work, respond to emails and messages promptly, have a reliable source of the internet, and can provide some relevant writing samples. I cannot stress these points enough. I'm not looking for a writer who takes on a job and then disappears, or does one job and decides that they are taking a break for a few months. I have a huge work load of great writing projects to keep a serious writer busy full time. Project details are as follows.
-Most projects are Erotic Romance. About 25% are Contemporary Romance and then about 15% are Paranormal Romance.
-Projects range from 3k-5k word short stories, 20k-45k word novellas, and some story series where an ongoing piece will need to be written every week/month.
-Pay and deadlines are on a case by case basis but pay averages from .005 cents per word to 2 cents per word and deadlines are always reasonable and flexible. I try and give a month for large ones and minimum a week for a short story.
These projects are to be published by small publishing companies or ghostwritten for other authors. All material and rights are 100% mine once the project is complete.
