Start now Migrate static site to ruby on rails ROR

Start now,Budget:30$,please do not apply if you are expecting more than mentioned budget and not having more than 3+ years of experience with ROR. 1)Need to convert static site which is on sass template to rails framework,push code to git 2)Use active admin gem to add data from backend. 3)Use cap deploy for deployment to server.
