Chrome Extension Betting Site Overlay

Looking for someone to build a Chrome extension to interact with a betting site. The basis of the operation will be: - The user navigates the betting site as normal, under user has made a betting selection. - When the user has clicked on the selection, it will add the selection to the 'bet slip' within the chrome extension. - When the user has finished making selections and hits 'bet', the details of the transactions are sent to the admin/owner of the extension for 'acceptance'. The admin portal will be monitored and managed. When bets are requested, they will need to be accepted by a member of admin. Recorded bets within the admin portal against each customer will need to be resulted manually when the race/sport finishes. The outcome of the bet will then need to reflect on the users balance. In essence, the extension will overlay a betting website, and instead of the bets being processed to the website they'll come to me, and I'll place them on behalf of a client at the best available odds.
