Firebase Cloud Function in Typescript with TSLint and Unit Tests

You will be provided access to a firebase project and access to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Firebase function needs to subscribe to a Cloud Pub/Sub topic that will be provided.
- Function needs to receive JSON message from Pub/Sub and call Google Text-to-Speech API to convert text to audio.
- Converted Audio needs to be stored using Google Cloud Storage API and put into buckets
- Cloud Function needs to be configured to automatically build and deploy when code is pushed to Google Cloud Source. Automatic deployment must use CI/CD with Google Cloud Build.
- Other details:
--Calls to firestore database need to implement best practices according to firestore documentation and Cloud Pub/Sub documentation. This may include batch asynchronous writes to database, or batch inserts to Pub/Sub.
