Job Description:

I have created a GOOGLE SHEET with tabs. I need the "apps script" written that will allow me to push a button on the sheet and transfer the data from the sheet to a corresponding tab in a specific format. I will include a picture of the sheet. The two buttons that will be worked on or with are the submit and clear buttons. The print button will be another project. I have attached a screen shot of the main sheet... This project requires knowledge of GOOGLE APPS SCRIPT and SGOOGLE SHEETS.. I will require NOTES in the script "//" so that I can make changes in the future...
