System basics
Registration of departments and divisions of the college
Registering groups of users ’powers, such as Accountants Group - Control Group
Register users, distribute them to groups, and control the powers of each user
Record basic data that is used in the system as a whole, such as governorates - enrollment cases - academic qualification
Record materials within each department or division, with the addition of the maximum and minimum degrees for each subject
Record the grades of grades in force within the college or institute

Students Affairs
The system allows the registration of new student data, whether they come to the college through the coordination office, or their presence directly or transfer. And all available student data is recorded and this data is divided into four groups which are personal data - qualification data - recruitment data - data specific to the college
Each student has his own number that does not change for the four years
Adding study materials for each group, specifying the maximum and minimum end of each subject, and determining whether this is an extended or not, or is it a human rights course or not?
School year registration
Recording the acceptance percentage for each academic year, which allows not to include a student with a lower total than the admission rate in this year

Issuing students' seating numbers and secret numbers
