Animated Gif Needed

Hello, I need someone very creative to create an animated gif type of illustration or scene. The dimensions are not very big only 654 x 80 pixels Whatever you create will have to match the overall tone and feel of the other artwork, because this animation will be placed in the context of other high quality artwork, and I wanted to add some movement on a particular part of a website. I would like to get this done very soon, so who ever wins the project we would need to brainstorm and bounce ideas to come up with a concrete concept.
