redesign a flyer/brochure

I need to have this flyer redesigned so that its more clear when reading on the web. This pdf is way to large and text is not clear. Redesign must make it easy and appealing to view online. We send it to customers in PDF format. They do not want to have to download a huge PDF. A few changes to wording and possibly the images might be needed (for example we need to remove the word "new" from all the pages). It needs to be saved so I can easily open in Illustrator or Photoshop and edit text and pricing.
