Graphic design with HTML modification

We already have a web design with HTML implementation, and currently our client need to improve it.
This project involves two parts, graphic design and HTML modification.
Part I: Graphic design(70%):
1) Logo design, we know exactly what style we want. You just need to design it.
2) 3 Home page slider image design
3) A two side business card design(just a modified version from part 2)
4) A web banner based on part 2
5) some icons for the web page
6) We may require 2 more image designs if needed. just put here now to get the quote
*we have detailed requirement, you just need to implement.
Part II: HTML modification (30%)
We already have the HTML, css and javascript(Bootstrap based).
1) Some minor modification here and there(most layout and add some fields and etc, all graphic modification should be done in part 1).
2) Around 4 new pages layout based on the current style( we have detailed requirement on what layout we need)
Freelancer requirement:
1) Excellent graphic design skills
2) able to work with boostrap based site modification
3) finish the work on time
