iPad icons and launch images for music app

I need icons and a launch image (splash screen) for an iPad app that I am creating. The app is called Sonja and is designed to help amateur singers and musicians learn and practice music. The app is also a notepad for songwriters and allows for nonstandard music notation. In my mind I was thinking of the word "Sonja" in cursive handwriting with rough edges, as if it was written using charcoal. The background might be parchment colored to invoke old music manuscripts. Adornments might include a music staff, music notes, a silhouette of a singer and/or a musician, etc. But I am open to any other ideas as well. Attached is an initial mockup that a freelance designer did for me. I liked the direction he was going, but unfortunately he couldn't continue with the project, so I need to find another designer to redo the artwork along the same lines with possibly a few changes. For example, see the attached screen shot of my app. Instead of classic music notes on a staff I use bars of different colors and lengths to represent the notes. So I'd like to explore the concept of a music staff that starts out normally with classic music notes that then morph into the color note bars of the app. This might work better on the mockup of the icons than on the mockup of the launch image as it currently stands. I'm also not sure how well the use of color bars will go with the parchment color as shown in the mockup, so you might want to change the parchment color from yellowing to maybe a very light grayish or a very light blurish. If we can't get the color bars and parchment concept to work, we'll just go with the direction of the original mockup without the color bars, in which case the project will be redoing the art in the style of the original mockup. I liked the font used in the mockup, so I purchased it and will make it available to you unless you find something you (and I) like better. I need the images described in the first 4 rows (App Icon, App Icon for AppStore, Launch Image (landscape only), Small Icon (spotlight only)) at both the iPad and high-resolution iPad sizes. For the app Icon, I'll need to know if the default effects are to be applied on the home screen (i.e., rounded corners, drop shadow, and a reflected shine) or if iOS should use the icon as is. The app icons may not use any alpha transparency. Note that the images need not be exactly the same at their different resolutions. A higher resolution image could show more detail than the lower resolution image. All images and icons must be in non-interlaced PNG format. The standard bit depth for icons and images is 24 bits (8 bits each for red, green, and blue), plus an 8-bit alpha channel. The palette need not be constrained to web-safe colors. I will need your cost-of-completion and time-to-completion bids as well as a look at your portfolio. There will be one milestone payment of your entire bid at the completion of the project after you have provided all the deliverables. Priority will go to designers who have done this before for the iPad and who can show me examples. Priority will also go to individual freelancers and not freelancers that are actually groups of designers where every time you work with the "same" freelancer you actually end up with someone different doing the work.
