Logo for Pakistan themed website / forum

I'm looking for someone with experience in web graphics design to make a logo to be used for a Pakistan themed web site and forum.
It should be polished and professional looking and be cleanly based on a transparent background so that it can be used in different places (white background, textured background, etc.) The logo will be used as a header image for a website and it's accompanying forum, so it should look nice with text for both scenarios. Be creative!
Dimensions: around 230*60
Deliverables (as Photoshop PSD): the logo itself, and two header images: one for the main website with just the name of the site in text, and one for the forums with the name of the site along with 'forums'. (I will PM you with the name of the site if you are interested in completing this work.)

Just to clarify: the dimensions (around 230*60) are for the header images with text. The logo itself should obviously be smaller, and preferably relatively square in proportion.
