Editing and retouching fashion Photos

We have a requirement for product photo retouching and editing. We have 53 photos to be edited. The photos are high resolution product shots, predominantly clothing and accessories. The focus is on bringing out the best in the photos and having them look magazine quality.
Each photo requires:
-Minor retouching including colour correction and enhancement to look as good as possible whilst keeping the integrity of the colours in the garments.
-Brightening and saturation intensified
-All photos must be centred
- We do not need a white background however if there are any objects in the shot they will need to be removed (does not happen very often)
- Consistent quality
-The files must be:
1) resized to desired resolution (600 pixels wide x 800 pixels high ) and optimised for the Web (smallest file size possible without any loss of quality. Quality is most important)
All edited work will be thoroughly checked for quality and consistency.
