Extremelly simple grahic design project

WHAT I NEED? I need 30-40 flags of specific countries. I need them in high resolution 800x500, in PSD format if possible, and then in small resolution (80x50 and 160x100) in PNG format. The flags must follow the design of the sample provided here. Your flags need to be similar, but not exactly the same. I am looking for a similar design, but your originality. WHAT I DO NOT NEED AT ALL? Long PMs, company profiles, portfolios, samples, web sites, CVs ... I do not need anything in these terms to choose you. HOW WILL I CHOOSE YOU THEN? The first person that send me a flag, of any country of your choice, in 800x500, following a similar design as the one provided, will be given the job. The list of final flags to be made (countries) will be provided only to the winner. Please do not water mark your sample, since I want to compare the details inside the flag (I am asking you to choose whatever country you want so it is fair for both of us). More work will be given to the winner, so please take that into consideration when bidding for this project. This is a great opportunity for new freelancers to get their first job and their first recommendation in this site! This project is super simple, since all flags are publicly available (like in Wikipedia for example), I just need a design similar to the one I am providing.
