HORROR Wallpapers for phone

Need 4-5 horror wallpapers for phone. It will have mostly the faces. One side of the face so the most part that will be visible is the eye area give a scary expression/look.
The expression is very important as well as the detailing. It should look very scary and the look of the eye should be like its looking into your soul.
I need output in layers.
Please tell me the following
-process we will follow
-how much time you will take for per image
I need them as soon as possible so i may assign the project to anybody i find suitable before the project end date.
If you cannot provide 5 images in less time we can talk about dividing the project to multiple freelancers.
I need what i want so i will not accept until i see the result what i need.
I have almost 100 images which i need this year for my wallpaper for phone site.
These are used for promotion so need them in good quality.
