PDF Conversion to .PNG Files

We have a set of legacy pdf's that need to be moved to psd/png files. Each pdf is called a 'guide' and consists of +/- 50 pages only. Each page needs to become a psd or layered png file or a word document. The final deliverable will be +/- 50 psd or png files [480px x 1800px size] or 50 page word document.
If not converting to a word document: The content is old and in the process of moving it to psd/png files it can be 'modernized' (new fonts, bullets as images, borders, etc) for the web
There may be times during the conversion that old line art will need to be redrawn.

Also, as content is copyrighted we require you to sign an NDA before releasing the content to you for conversion.

There has been confusion from bidders so to clarify deliverable:
1. 1 pdf page to be converted to 1 psd or layered png file
2. psd/Png file dimensions 400px x 1500px [fixed size]
3. Text from pdf to be re-keyed in
4. Line Art in pdf to be redrawn as vector art
5. Text boxes must be layered
6. Text must be editable
7. Text to be Arial 20pt
8. Text to be spaced at 50
