Build a Website - Setup WordPress Theme

I need someone to setup a WordPress theme. I have already added all the posts and pictures. SO I need it all setup correctly this is the theme: [login to view URL] This should take less then an hour tops. SInce all you would be doing is importing data etc. It needs to be done and setup correctly. Total budget for this project is $40.00 USD including freelancer fees.
