Joomla based catalog/shop with social activity

I’d like to create an online catalog/shop for specific products and product categories. This will be a place ( a portal ) where manufactures can present its products, consumers can easy search through and purchase selected products. Also there should be social elements working in the portal, like groups, friends, events and discussions – so consumers and manufactures be able to communicate with each others.
In order to make it faster and easier, I thought to use some existing CMS, like Joomla or similar. Having already large number of extensions and plugins, I believe Joomla is a good basis of such site. So with minimum coding I try to archive follow main features of the Portal:
- Structured catalog for products, product categories and manufactures. Search for entire catalog based on manufacture, category or product.
- Sub-catalog for every product category. Including search, based on product characteristics for given category. Also including groups and communities of manufactures of given category.
- Description of each product with photos, characteristic, price, manufacture description, etc
- Online buying of selected products – personal chart, online payments options
- Personal page (subdomain) of every manufacture including its products, contact details, and his social activity page: its friends, groups, comments, online chats.
- Administrative page for every manufacture – so manufacture itself can update its own catalog, perform group/friends activities, handle requests from customers, keep track on inventory, etc.
I’m looking for a freelancer (or group of freelancer) who is able to construct such a portal.
