Posting Site: Jobs, Training/ Certification & Volunteer Work

This site is to help first time and entry level people find jobs, training/ certifications and volunteer work. Companies may sign up, select a package and post their jobs and opportunities. Educators may post about their programs. Nonprofits may post their volunteer work. Posters will have accounts as will job seekers (though not necessary for seekers) The logo, design and interface will be a clean, colorful and simple layout. Ease of use and overall fun interface is essential. Basic Specs: 1) 3 main categories (Jobs, Training, Volunteer) subcategories created in cms 2) Job poster 3) Job Seeker 4) Adsense 5) Payment (Paypal, Stripe Etc.) Basic posting packages and advertising to generate revenue and a cms for admin work ( please also quote a mobile platform as well). Packages: Standard posts (state, city zip), National posts, Sponsored posts (first 5 results in search, number can be changed from cms), Adsense, featured ( on main page side or top), Special event option to refresh posts every 10 days from user account (cms ability to change number) Posts structure: Like many other job posting sites Glassdoor, Snagajob Craigslist (jobs/ volunteer) Monster Etc. Bold Subject, Content, Optional Youtube embedded, Link to company's site to apply (this site is more about click through traffic, the posters will have their own application process but will have a basic service through us), link to send job to a friend Package options: ( Packages to be made in cms with option to make changes) Platinum: 20 posts w/ 5 national and 5 sponsored with a featured ad, gold: 10 posts 1 sponsored, silver: 5 posts bronze: 1 post) Featured ads and promotions may be sold separately. CMS admin to have ability to add posts to accounts (national, featured, sponsored, special events and ads) Job Seeker: Secure sign up is optional ( they can search site without signup), basic user profile, can leave Linkedin url only, admin, email (email verification to signup), username, email alerts, search, allow contact from job posters, special events email (opt in), optional basic application form to submit through the site ( no user uploads) Job Poster Secure account Setup, basic posting forms with content, logo, contact, special events ( initially free then will be sponsored and cost), youtube (only Youtube/ Vimeo allowed video)video integration (for class intros, volunteer ads, video ads etc), job application link click through etc, option for national posting ( initially free then will be sponsored and cost) Advertising: adsense integration with option to sell to posters with reoccurring billing through PayPal/ Google Wallet/Venmo to charge outside of adsense, Web banners on site, email alerts to users, Twitter, Facebook, Ad Videos ( Youtube Integration), sponsored jobs cost (first 5 posts in a search result can be sponsored), special events promo Looking forward to hearing from you!
