Set up and edit our new Joomla Template and populate with existing data

We have purchased a new joomla template to redevelop our website. This template uses the Helix framework.
We need someone to install and populate with all our information from our existing site (also in joomla). Them menu and navigation system for the new template is different to our existing site, so a straight install of a new template is not possible. The site does need to be recreated from scratch.
We will provide all artwork, design guidance and a testing server to install the website to, before you move it live. The entire site must be completed and running perfectly on the test server before you move it live. We will confirm when it is ready to be moved live.
There are several components on the old site that must be maintained on the new version, and part of the new template has several components of its own that drive the content (eg RokSprocket Module).
Ideally we would like this completed within one week.
