HTML5 templates needed for Mobile

We need HTML5/css3 templates built which mimick [login to view URL] app templates. Como is a mobile app building front end, making basic apps with no coding needed. We just need templates making which have the exact same look and style as some of the templates como provides. Templates we need: home page, about us, map, call us, loyalty cards, contact us, video and photos pages. It must be designed exactly the same - no design thought needed, just copy the exact look of each page. The como service offers 4 basic layout styles, we need all four of these templates/styles, plus the pages which are mentioned above and the ability to be used in any of the four styles. The templates will be used by outsourced workers with basic html knowledge. You must design the templates in a way which it's easy to change colors, text, images, icons etc through dreamweaver/html editing software. In the html files you must make it easy to see where to change the main variables in a quick fashion - just like the como front end such as: colors - content backgrounds, main texts, buttons and links, titles, minor texts, borders page backgrounds (must be responsive), navigation header bar. All coding must use html5/css3 - no php. Como is free to join to build 1 app. You will get an exact idea of what you need to do by creating a test 'app' with them. We will show you a designed app using como to give you an even better idea.
