Logo, Website Mockup,few other pages design

Hello Dear Freelancers; I would like to work with a Freelancer for my new website design project. This project includes: -Website Design ( A homepage and other 7-8 services pages with a contact us, billing page and blog extra) I only need to have the design and html version of design. -A logo Design for the website -Log in Pages ( 2 simple log in pages ) -Service images -2-3 Email HTML Newsletter design -Landing pages ( 2 or 3 ) ( I will help you what to put it in those) ( in total about to be 15 - 20 HTML pages matching with a homepage design ) For website Design: The final delivery will be your great design and its html files put into html 5 technology. Designer is supposed to provide rough files, photoshop files and color codes of the design for future work on them. The designer is supposed to have a few flash moves on website in order to show the website professional and pretty at the same time. The designer should make the compatibility work for in all main browsers and their previous versions. ( Chrome, IE 6-11, Firefox, Safari ) and Main Mobile browsers ( Samsung, HTC, iPhone) Designer is supposed to deliver a quickly loading webpage with enough and efficient Html coding to be quick, simple and beautiful at the same time. The HTML Metrics and loading time will be checked via the website: [login to view URL], so please bid if you think you can comply with their standards. ( I would like to have at least %80 Page Speed Grade and %70 YSlow Grade ). In order to have that make sure you will be able to some of following skills: Inline small CSS Optimize images Minify CSS Avoid CSS @import Inline small JavaScript Avoid bad requests etc. You will have close help and feedback of your design and total work via Skype. For Logo Design: We will have it in the beginning. I have already colors in my mind and its 7 letters name. Therefore it will be a name logo unless designer comes up with something great that changes my mind. Designer is supposed to provide the logo in few colors and backgrounds when it is satisfied. For Login Pages Design: Simple Login pages just need 2 For Services Images Design: Just a draw to symbolize the service, Basic designing will be enough. Mouse arrow on activating can be great. It may seem long and big but it is not if you know your work great. It just looks much since I detailed everything here. I would like to work with a great freelancer with who I can work on future projects and designs I will possibly have very soon.
