Wordpress and Mobile Designer

I am working on a project right now to redo two wordpress sites, but the sites must also be mobile friendly, so I need two wordpress designs for these sites and then the mobile design as well. The mobile will simply be a mobile version of the site. Also, I will be transferring one of the mobile websites to a mobile app so the mobile version needs to be in html5/css/javascript so that can be done easily. So the bid here is to design two wordpress sites with mobile and give the programmer anything they need to get it all installed correctly. This project was already started with another design team but I am having to stop working with them due to them not communicating. Here are some details about the job: Mobile will be just like the site design of course. If you can also do the programming that would be a bigger plus and I could pay a little higher for that. In addition to the above job I will also be do the following small job at the same time: I need some 3d graphics for some products that are going to be listed on my website. I want one generic 3d image that will simply have a cd/dvd/disc on it with picture. Then I want one graphic that has all the products grouped together. Then I want two graphics that will be to print cds and dvd inserts for when I have physical product sales. I want one overall look, and then I can change out pictures and titles on each graphic for the seperate products. So it is mainly to design one 3d image, one group image, one cd cover, one dvd case insert, and then just make different graphics that have a different title. An example would be that one product would be called weight loss and another product might be called quit smoking but would have the same design and look and feel. The only difference between the two is changing the title. The graphics are the same. So this quote is for these two sites and also doing the mobile. And then also the 3d product graphics I need. I am looking for a long term relationship here. And if you can program too that is a big plus.
