I have a minimalist website with about 30 pages.

I would need to update the website to a ''responsive'' design so that it would look OK on mobile devices.
The site was build (an is still maintained) using MS Expression Web 4. Expression Web has the concept of ''dynamic web template'' which is no more than a standard html page with parts (as banner, navigation, footer...)which are automatically copied to all other pages marked as derived from the template. This is a fairly simple approach for a minimalist web site.
So here is the important requirement: The new ''responsive'' design has to keep the same content and the same minimalist personality than the current site.
It would be a plus if the new site would also use the dynamic web template approach because it is fairly simple for me to maintain. Still, this is not an absolute requirement: if you have something else to suggest, then I am open to any proposal, but I will always prefer the simplicity.
