Adjustment to website

I need some changes to an existing website. Here is my website [login to view URL] I need changes about 4 points: 1) optimize the cover image in the homepage (with text and button in it) to be in good size (no disproportional as it is right now); also in the homepage connect the second round icon (SEGUI I CONSIGLI MIGLIORI) to the page CHI SIAMO (both in italian and english version) 2) Establish good connections among pages in the english version: for example if I am in a page (lets say CHI SIAMO in italian and I click on the english flag I should go to the same page in english ABOUT US); also in the english version whenever I click on the logo I should go to the english webpage not the italian webpage; all the text of the english version should be replaced with the one I have already prepared; 3) rename all pages in a consistent and short way (for example now the page CHI SIAMO is called chi-siamo-2 it should just be chi-siamo) (or for example the pages with the same name like POLABLOG should be polablog for the italian page and polablog-eng for the english page; for the articles in the blog I need the name of the page to be much shorter (like maximum the first 2/3 words of the title) 4) fix alignment of text across pages; i would like it to be similar to the one of the page CHI SIAMO so centered (not justified) with the same margins; also fix the alignment of the title of the second round icon in the homepage; optimize the visualization of all pages for the phone. All tasks will be payed in separate milestone: 5 USD for each task/milestone I need it to be done now by tonight
