Booking System/area search function script for website

We are re-designing an old website for a DRIVING SCHOOL
The new website we are building is based on WordPress, and the early stages can be seen here [login to view URL]
We need a script so visitors to the site can do the following
1. search to see if the company work in their area - they can use area name, or postcode, to search.
2. once they have found their area, they select either ''manual' or 'automatic' lessons, and it will give a price for a driving course in that area (prices will be cheaper or more expensive according to location)
3. Once a user is shown the final price they need the option to 'book this course' - however, they only are required to pay a DEPOSIT payment (not the full amount - they pay the balance via bank transfer once their order/booking is confirmed) - the DEPOSIT payment is SAME FOR ALL BOOKINGS, so although cost of the whole course will vary according to location, the deposit payment will be the same. They also need to select a DATE they want their course. Therefore date availability is required so a user cannot book a day which is not available.
