The customer portal for the courier company can be built. The portal can have the following features: a. Customer login b. Customers place orders online. c. Manage Orders: - customers can view the orders placed. - can track the order status - order history - previous orders list will be displayed. d. Manage Subscription: - Displays the subscription details. - System will show a count of Orders Left in their subscription package. e. Zippykind API for delivery managment to be implemented for the following features: - To send order and delivery details to zippykind - Retrieve the order and delivery details from zippykind - Displays the tracking information returned by zippykind. Note: a. We assume the customer subscribes from your current website frontend. b. We also assume that the customer registers on the site from frontend. Questions: a. Please provide your current website URL. b. In which framework the current site has been developed? c. Please provide a complete use case explanation of how you want the zippykind api to be implemented with respect to the customer interface and that of the admin interface.
