I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. it must allow users to create their own apps to submit to Apple, Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. It should have a free version and a paid version for non-advertised apps where we won't advertise our website. Customers must sign up and become members so I will need a sign up page and a payment processing page. I will need 10 templates for apps so that customers have a platform with which to create their original applications. No coding or programming should be needed as the app templates you will create should be simple enough for users to create their own apps after becoming members and the pay a monthly fee to continue submitting apps. The website should be able to create an app ready to be submitted to online App Store such as Apple App Store, Google play store, Amazon App Store, and Microsoft App Store.
