Build an eBay shop front. . -> graphics, HTML

I have a client who needs a eBay store front designed. The company have their own logo and company identity already and heave their own web store and they want the eBay store to reflect their current company colours. They have a few reference eBay stores to give you an idea of what they want. The person creating the store needs to create the graphics for the categories and to put the store front together. I am looking some one who has done multiple eBay shop graphics and design. The contractor needs to demonstrate they have worked with eBay stores before. If you have not designed and created a shop front in eBay please do not bid I am expecting bids around $100 to a max of $150
