Build a frontpage in Angular 2

We are currently working on a new project and need an Angular 2 developer for our frontend.
Your Task would be to create an Angular 2 based app that communicates with our JSON API. Your task will contain creating a frontpage that is based on four sections. All of them contain images in various formats (GIF support), text and a windows metro like arrangement.
The website should also support authenticating with the api as a normal website user. Our API will make this task really easy for you. Knowledge in SASS is required in order to create basic styling.
For the Project a fixed amount of 75$ is rewarded.
