Build a live chat system for my company

I want to see if anyone has experience and is able to build a live webchat system similar to [login to view URL] It will need many of the features shown on the website above but but no means all. I need to be able to add different API code to different websites. Each individual code is the "widget" snapengage mention. This separates reporting by widgets. Snapengage use Google API. I will need: * Admin portal for administration of widgets, agents, reporting etc * Agent portal to let them chat to people (this can be quite plain as long as it is functional) * Secure method to store chats on server * Nice looking and customiseable chat boxes/forms custom colours. Standard version with our "powered by plus logo" and white label version. * API code to provide to others to put on their website.
