Build a one page website

I'm looking for an experienced web developer who could develop a website of our Club/Pub. We already have PSD design mockups, hence no design is needed. Just conversion of PSD to HTML5 or Wordpress (which ever does the task we need). The main website is going to be a single page design, and there'll be no inner pages (just the home page). Apart from the homepage, we need just one more page (sort of a landing page), on which we're promoting and giving away a free drink if the user follow some simple social media tasks (liking our facebook page, following us on twitter, instagram, etc.). After the user completes the steps a 'code' will be generated through which he can redeem his free drink in our pub/club. Also a referral link will also be generated for him to share, and the user gets further drinks based on the number of people he referred. Will explain this in detail to the selected freelancer. We need the website to be responsive and mobile friendly. This is important.
