There are two websites and we can have one person do just one or both. We would like responsive sites - with the ability to look good on a computer or on a phone. We have a small budget for the first website and a little larger budget for the second website.
First Website: Home Builder - very simple site - 3-4 pages max - telling the story of why people would want to hire this builder. Here is an example we like only ours is only 3-4 pages - but the website design / home pages is good: [login to view URL]
Second Website: Community / Sub Division in New Mexico - telling the story of why people would want to buy a lot and build in this community. 6-7 pages. The site will need to show the individual lots for sale and we will need to be able to switch these ourselves when needed. We will also need to be able to change text in places to show upcoming events, etc.. The site will have the community map, featured lots, info on the community, etc. and photos will be prominent on this site.
