I have a client that got space around 100m x 100m. He would like to make it a restaurant for wedding, birthday, cafe etc etc. Building requirement on the space : Building for indoor ceremony Parking space Outdoor Tables Waterpark for view (not too big, but luxury enough for the view) Rooms for preparation (wedding, birthday party etc etc) Others that you might be able to help me think of. The concept i would like to give him is a minimalist luxury kind of design, yet still in touch of nature environment. The building itself (hopefully) might be able to become a landmark for those pass-by-er. Max floor i recommended is 2 floor. Now i need a sketch (or a 3D model from sketchup etc) to show my client how the building will look like...you may sketch, colour, or if u like, 3D model to show only the exterior and the environment. If the design accepted, further projects will be continue such as the interior, etc on different project post or maybe even contact to the designer directly. I've uploaded the blueprint and the google map (it's marked with blue line), so we'll see what amazing work you could come up with...:)
