Business card templates for new real estate company

This is an extremely important project for us. We do NOT want standard stock business card designs.
We need to have 10 real estate agent business card designs created. We want half to be with a female model and half with a male model (I will provide photos). These will be sample business cards that our real estate agents will look through and then choose the card design they like, which will be personalized with their information.
If this goes good, we will have you personalize the designs chosen by agents from the 10 samples. We have 250 agents and will personalize one card design for each of them.
In all, we want 8 designs that feature the agent's photo and 2 designs that have no personal photo.
We already have the logo and color scheme, red, black, and white (or silver). We do not want you to create blue, green, yellow, or any other color of cards.
