* Online Member registration by email, and verification email is required to be sent out when user create account on it
* Offline member registration is required to be supported (web site have the pdf application form, and admin do human entry to create account for that user)
* Support Online donation by Alipay, wechat
* Support offline donation as bank transfer to association account （Text only)
* Culture learning centre, admin can create specific content for user to attend the e-class, downalodable learning materials may be included in the class
* Registered user would receive newsletter periodically
