E-Commerce Laravel platform

I'm looking for a professional Laravel programmer with good experience to make changes to an existing e-Commerce platform developed in Laravel.
Some (but not all) of the changes include:
1) make buttons and edges rounded
2) change header icons
3) adjust font in Terms of Service section
4) adjust size of footer logo
5) make other buttons around the website round cornered
6) change banners in terms, contact, blog and faq (and any other)
7) adjust contact us to remove actual address, phone, etc and leave just contact form making sure it works
8) in [login to view URL] (category pages) make add to cart buttons smaller in order to fit the review icon fit next to it (in a 13" screen)
9) in review screen remove the star reviews and show the likes system
10) in homepage add images and category names to the actual homepage. I need this to be controllable via the admin panel
11) after subscribing to newsletter in footer we need to add a thank you page that looks like the rest of the website
