Company brochure w/ perforated edge

Hello; I need a new brochure designed for one of my clients. They need a "brochure" which is about the size of two postcards side by side with a perforation in the middle so the second "postcard" can/will be torn off and mailed back to them. I have all the content, simply need someone creative take the look of their existing materials and website to put into brochure format so I can send to the printer; so basically you will have the look of everything you need. Important details: 1)This must be completed w/in the next one or two days MAX. 2)I must have three different designs (based all on the same look and feel but with some different text/images I will provide you) to show them and they will pick one design with the possibility of one or two quick changes I imagine. 3) I will tell you exactly how I want the three designs to look, you give me your thoughts on the creative side. Client did not specify budget so please bid accordingly.
