Complete Logo for my Daughter's Synchronized Swim Team -- 2

Freelancers, We are seeking a qualified logo designer to complete a logo for my daughter's synchronized swimming team. We are a small swim club, currently under 30 swimmers who are in need of someone skilled as well as having an excellent attention to detail to complete our logo. We have started the logo, yet it requires completion by a professional. I have attached a low-resolution rough mock-up of what I would like the logo to look like.
