I am looking for a developer to develop a car auction website. The website will have the same functionality as this website: [login to view URL] Basically, these functions: - users can register for an account to bid on cars or list cars for auction - each auction has a forum/message board where users can comment on the car - Users can respond to comments and like others comments and also flag comments - Users have a profile page with all of the cars they have bid on and all of the cars they listed - Users can watch auctions (add to watch list) and be notified when auction is ending soon - Users can private message each other - Admin approves all auctions before they go live - Admin approves private messages between users - Admin can monitor and delete comments on auctions - Comments in the forum and messages sent user-to-user are automatically scanned to detect for sharing of contact information (users are not allowed to contact each other outside of the website) I am sure there are small things missing from this list but I listed these just to give you an idea of the functionality. If you look at the website i listed, you will see all the functionality right there. Basically its a car auction site where people can comment on cars. The admin side needs to have capability to charge peoples credit cards when they bid (5% of bid amount is held on credit card), also admin can monitor all auctions, all comments on auctions and all private messages sent between users.
