Create Windows Application - UI Only

I need someone to develop a Windows application with a couple of screens that contain only UI navigation. There will not be any functionality other than using the application as a demo of the user interface. I will supply the screen layout and digital assets. Attached is a screen mockup.
We may want to change the button icon to indicate the button has been pressed but for the most part this will be simple UI mockup and navigation.
