Creating a website for listing all the inter school sports events and the corresponding application forms with a payment module

I want to develop a website where i want to have the following modules included:
1. A fancy home page with editable banners and scrolling event bar using CMS.
2. A module which details out the details of the event including the entry criteria, age, fees, location, duration etc.
3. An application form module which is also integrated to an online payment module.
4. A module on previous sports events and their results.
5. A module on school's profile organising the event.
6. Any other suggested module during the course of development. I will be open for renegotiating the cost of development (if any) with the increased time inputs.
I am looking for individuals who are available full time for this work and will be available for serious one to one and face to face discussion with me.
I anticipate a time involvement of 30 days or less.
